Eloura is a family management and caregiving support app for adults. It is designed to help parents and caregivers organize household responsibilities, track family load, and reduce the mental burden of managing everyday life.

2. Who May Use Eloura

Eloura is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the app. Adults may enter information about children or other household members they care for, but those individuals are not users of the app.

• Your answers to the Eloura Load Index onboarding questions

• Your baseline and current load score

• Recurring tasks

• Assignments to household or care circle members

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Provide app features and core functionality

• Calculate and update your Eloura Load Index

• Support task management, meal planning, care circles, and related features

• Send transactional messages such as verification emails and important account notices

• Send product updates or feature announcements if you choose to receive them

• Process subscription payments

• Fix bugs, improve performance, and understand how the app is used

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Eloura, or when required by law.

Service Providers

• Authentication and data storage provider (Supabase supabase.com) to securely store your account and app data

• Email service provider (Resend resend.com) to send account and support emails

• Email marketing provider (Mailchimp mailchimp.com) only if you opt in to receive marketing emails.

• Payment processor to handle subscription payments

These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. A full list of our data processors is available upon request at privacy@elouraapp.com.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time through the app. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or financial reasons.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. These measures include encrypted transmission, secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Eloura is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove the account and associated data.

Eloura uses third-party service providers to help operate the app. These providers process data only for the purposes described in this policy and are not permitted to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
