1. About Eloura

Eloura is a family management and caregiving support app that helps adults organize household tasks, meal planning, wellness tracking, and care coordination. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the app.

By creating an account or using Eloura, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eloura. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us at legal@eloura.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Using Eloura

You may use Eloura for personal, non-commercial household management. You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the app or other accounts

  • Introduce harmful code

  • Harass or harm others

  • Scrape or copy content without permission

5. Family and Household Information

You may enter information about household members or care circle participants. You confirm you have authority to enter and manage this information and will do so responsibly.

6. Content You Enter

You own content you create in Eloura. You grant us a limited license to store and display it only to provide app features. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it.

7. Eloura Premium

Eloura may offer paid Premium features in the future.

  • Subscriptions will be billed through Apple App Store

  • All cancellations and refunds are managed through your Apple ID settings

  • We will provide clear notice before free features become paid

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime through app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Eloura is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or meet your needs. Eloura is an organizational tool, not medical, legal, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eloura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. You agree to hold Eloura harmless from claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Disputes will be resolved in Illinois courts. If you are in the EU or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
